The project will help residents transition away from fossil fuels, tackling both climate change challenges and rising energy costs. Our innovative solution involves capturing heat at ground source in localised shared cluster energy networks which will operate at ground (ambient) temperature.

Prospus Group was appointed to undertake a feasibility study funded by the Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF), for a low carbon heating system for a 22-development housing scheme in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria.
As part of the feasibility study the Prospus team assessed the forecast energy loads for the new homes using a range of design tools and local weather data to determine accurate energy loads every 10 minutes throughout the year.
South Korea Motorsport

Revolution Architecture, in collaboration with Apex Circuit Design, has delivered the masterplan for a new motorsport facility in South Korea. The project consists of a motocross circuit and full-sized kart circuit. New buildings proposed include a welcome centre, kart centre building, grandstands, and other temporary structures to accommodate the racing. Revolution Architecture designed the concepts for all the buildings and contributed to the overall site master plan layout.

Our Planning and Architecture teams designed and obtained planning permission within a short period of time for a new accommodation annex and gym at an existing large holiday rental property in the Cotswolds. The new annex comprises an oak framed, natural stone and rendered building providing two new en-suite double bedrooms, specifically designed to accommodate accessible users. The new gym incorporates a treatment room, sauna, and exercise area from an extended and converted existing double garage.

Nyiregyhaza Motorsport

We worked with Apex Circuit Design and AECOM to deliver the masterplan for a new motorsport facility in Hungary. For this first stage of the project, our team developed the site masterplan and designed all the buildings. Motorsport related buildings include the pits and paddocks for the two main circuits, a karting building, grandstands, a medical centre, private vehicle storage garages and apartments, together with a driver training facility. The hospitality area buildings include a welcome centre, hotel, retail plaza, and an external event amphitheatre for concerts.

Prospus Group was appointed to secure planning consent for a 2.5MW solar canopy and battery storage project. As part of our undertaking, we advised on the planning strategy for the canopy scheme and the connection route. We also conducted an EIA screening request and commissioned specialist reports on heritage, ecology, flood risk, acoustics, and landscape and visual impact. Finally, the Prospus team managed the Regulation 3 submission for the project.
