We help define your project to enable a detailed design brief to be written.


We develop the initial project brief with you and produce feasibility studies that will inform the development of a concept design.


The initial design solution is produced and presented.

Planning permission

The concept design is developed into the planning drawings to be submitted to the local authority for approval.

As part of Prospus Group, our in-house RTPI certified consultancy team can also manage the entire planning application process for you should you need it. This extra level of expertise enables us to get the results you need in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Technical Design

The design evolves in line with the cost plan and in collaboration with other consultants work in order to submit for Building Regulations approval and produce tender information to select a contractor.


We are experienced to work on a full range of project types, sizes and delivery methods appropriate for your project.


Handover of the project and close out of the contract.

Post occupancy evaluation

We return if required for post-occupancy evaluation, covering the project’s performance, outcomes and development.
