Prospus Group win votes at National Finance Awards in London

Prospus’ innovation is based around packaged mutual housing which offers people an alternative route onto the housing ladder. This will see a not-for-profit housing group develop multiple independent dwellings, offering people the opportunity to acquire an ownership stake in the group through the payment of below-market rental payments.

Prospus Group was one of four finalists in the Innovative New Idea category invited to make two live “Dragon’s Den style” pitches to senior members of the finance industry.

The first pitch was to an audience of 200 senior finance officers as part of the CFO annual conference, with each delegate voting electronically for their favourite pitch, and we are delighted to announce that our pitch won the public vote from the CFO conference!

The second pitch was to the audience of 250 delegates attending the Finance for Future awards ceremony. Whilst the winner was ultimately chosen by a panel of four judges, Prospus were also thrilled to have won the public vote for the evening session.
