Prospus Group have successfully secured planning consent for a house extension in Oxford

Consent from South Oxfordshire District Council was issued last week for the extension of a private residence.

Our clients’ neighbour had some initial concerns about the extension overlooking their property. Working together, our Planning and Architecture teams managed this concern through careful design and imagery.

The outcome is a positive one for all, with our client adding; “We are delighted at this outcome. Thank you to Tom and Phil at Prospus for all their hard work and guidance in getting us through this stage of the process.”
