Carlisle’s ModVillage development continues to grow

It’s been a hive of activity at ModVillage over the past few days, with a further 1,300 sqft of space added to the development over the weekend.

These latest additions were due to be craned into place as the sun rose on Saturday morning. However, storm Malik also decided to arrive in the early hours of the morning putting a hold on proceedings. Thankfully 24-hours later, all was calm, and the new offices were lowered into place on Sunday morning.

The two new offices are made up of four Corten steel shipping containers weighing roughly six and a half tonnes each!

This latest development on site is just part of the overall plan for ModVillage which is due to expand further over the coming year, the aspiration being to build a thriving business community.

Based at Kingmoor Park in Carlisle, ModVillage provides a unique and contemporary space for local businesses to grow.
