Another sensitive planning permission granted for Prospus clients

Tom Woof, Director of Planning at Prospus Group said; “Local policies are aimed at housing in rural areas being developed for affordable housing only. However, this is difficult to achieve because building costs are too high to make this financially viable and when listed buildings are involved this is doubly difficult. We submitted financial data to show how no developer could make affordable housing work in a listed barn. We also submitted sensitive design proposals that will complement the listed building and its setting.”
