Meet Paul Scott, Civil Engineer

Paul is a degree-qualified civil and transportation engineer with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as well as in the residential, commercial, healthcare, and renewables sectors.

His civil engineering experience and skillset offer a natural extension to Prospus’ Planning, Architectural and Energy teams, as they support clients through to RIBA stage 3.

Prior to joining Prospus Group, Paul was the lead civil engineer on the SSE framework providing the civil engineering design for several electrical substations in remote areas of Scotland, along with designing wind farm access tracks over challenging and environmentally sensitive terrain.

Paul is always looking for new and innovative solutions to construction problems and his areas of expertise will provide considerable value to many of Prospus’ clients, especially thanks to his significant experience in flood modelling, earthwork analysis, topographic survey work, and highway, pavement, and drainage design.

When not working Paul loves spending time with his family and when he gets the chance enjoys white water kayaking, mountaineering, rock climbing and skiing.
